Private Chef Service

Mange-Tout high quality private chef and catering service for private or self catering chalets or apartments around the 3 Vallees, Courchevel, Meribel and the French Alps. 

For those of you on holiday who don’t want the hassle of having to go out every night or having to cook for yourself, you can hire a private chef for your vacation or opt for the Meal Delivery Service on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.

If your company needs a temporary chef to step in in an emergency I can help. I also cater for functions and events such as the Tour de France, corporate events, Weddings and birthdays. Whether you would like a sit down formal meal, buffet or barbecue, I will work with you to tailor your menu to include your favourite food and to suit your dietary needs.  

I will arrive at your premises fully prepared and ready to cook and host your meal, buffet  or barbecue from the menu that we design with you and leave you with nothing but a full and satisfied stomach!

Heirloom tomato tartarte,

          With balsamic, burrata cream, basil oil

Grilled Noix de Saint Jacques,

Champagne and leek sabayon, Caviar d’aquitaine and Shiso

Seabass, with daikon filled with mushroom duxelle, finished with parsnip puree and a  ginger-infused corn nage with lemongrass and ginger.

Wood roasted duck breast, beetroot 4 ways, pureed, roast, pickled and powder, red wine and  juniper jus, onion petals and roast hazelnuts

Augus Fillet of Beef, charred baby leeks, celeriac and truffle puree, morel mushrooms and crispy shallots

Roasted rhubarb, orange, vanilla mascarpone and crystallised puff pastry

About Me

I am a Formally trained Chef and I aim to deliver an honest and elegant catering service to a consistently high standard. 

I have an enthusiastic personality and an international perspective on food, I strive to combine wholesome food in a modern and refined way. 

I love to design and capture a delicious range of tastes, textures and aromas with the focus on fresh, organic and seasonal ingredients, sourced where possible from local suppliers. 

I am extremely adaptable to small or large groups having catered in luxury ski chalets in Meribel, Courchevel and Megeve and on private yachts of many sizes in the Mediterranean and Caribbean.

Based near Courchevel and Meribel in the 3 Vallees area of The French Alps I have easy access to the rest of the French Alps.
