BOOKINGS, CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS & FLEXIBILITY
Once you "the client" have confirmed a date, number of guests and location with Mange-Tout, we require a 50% deposit to confirm the booking.
If you the client need to cancel the service, the client must confirm the cancellation at least 45 days before the confirmed date, in which case you will receive a 40% refund on the deposit paid.
Mange-Tout regrets that we cannot offer any refund if you cancel less than 45 days in advance of the confirmed date. In some instances, Mange-Tout may be able to change the date of the booking, subject to the availability, but this is not guaranteed.
If you cancel before 45 days prior to the date of your booking and have paid in full, we will refund 90% of the total amount you have paid to us.
In the case of lift/piste or resort closure, your injury or your illness during your holiday, no refund can be offered.
You will be required to pay the totality of your bill 30 day prior to your stay.
Changing the number of people attending your dinner service will be charged at a per person rate depending on the dishes ordered.
The signature of the invoice by a person present at the address when Mange-Tout deliverer arrives at the address of delivery shall be considered as a delivery and Mange-Tout's deliverer shall have no obligation to check the identity of the persons signing the receipt of delivery.
If nobody is at the delivery address when Mange-Tout's deliverer arrives, Mange-Tout shall attempt to contact the Customer prior to Mange-Tout's deliverer leaving a delivery in front of the door, but can’t guarantee that the deliverer shall be able to get hold of the Customer.
If the client agrees to give Mange-Tout access to the delivery address without the client being present by signing a consent form, the client must ensure that there is ample space provided in the refrigerator for the food to be stored.
Deliveries may be charge on a per delivery basis, delivery charges may vary depending on the frequency of deliveries and location of the delivery.
IN-HOUSE CHEF SERVICE
The fee for the In-house chef service is excluding of the cost of the food which will be billed separately on the production of receipts by the chef. A cash deposit is required and retained at the start of the chef service to be put toward the food costs at the end the service or can be returned to the client on confirmation of payment via bank transfer. Cheques are not accepted.
